Just an FYI; CCBill Phone Support is experiencing unforeseen technical difficulties due to a power outage. Client Support phone calls are not being directed properly and it may take several minutes before the call is answered.

Email support is still up and 100% functional. If you need to contact a CCBill technician for any reason our turn around time for email support is typically about an hour. Thank you and I apologize in advance for any inconveniences this problem may have caused.
