Webair, can you guys actually get around to removing this whole group of people, instead of just innocently swatting one domain that I mention to you?

It is getting very tiring to keep finding the same stuff over and over again.

(and I should note I found this site because they spammed thehun with their fake TGP). Classic stuff.

These guys are making a mockery out of your hosting.

not just us bud this guy has effected alot of hosts...we have a something in place to ID it and shut them...they just opened that virt account an hour ago thanks for the report.

That same person has loads of domains over there - pretty easy to see them all on reverse IPs

Make a simple script to whois all of the domains your clients own (get said list from your nameservers).

Cancel all accounts with - Estdomains, inc.

That list will probably coincide with two other lists you already have.

The non-paying list.

And the carded account list (charge-backs).

I used to be a webair customer last year. I had a virtual account.. was 20 bucks a month & I would consider this as a small customer as you put it & they did bend over backwards for me.. granted there were small tech issues but not once ever was there any customer support or tech support problems,, they were always there when I needed.. Wether it was by phone, email, icq or their live chat, someone was always bending over backwards to fix things.

Sure things could always happen, just as with any company or service, but customer support is one of the best things going for webair.
