I watch a show about people hooked on Methadone as an alternative to Heroin and they all loved to take Xanax with it. the state only gives them enough to not be sick and the Benzo's combined gets them high .. So i would say it's not good for ya but I've combined Xanax and Vicodin ( also Opiate based ) and it is a good feeling .. but can be addictive like anything else ..

Just say no and your life will be grand

I'm not a doctor and I don't play one on TV, but I'm guessing that, if you are already taking a moderate dose of heroin, then adding a moderate dose of Xanax would be like putting a pinch of salt on bacon.
