You gotta have the authorization codes for every domain you want to transfer out. The easiest way of obtaining this code is by creating a 2nd registerfly account, and pushing the domains to your 2nd account (that way you'll be able to get the codes, and you'll be free to transfer to your new registrar). Steps are below:

1. Create A New Register Fly Account.
2. Login into the Old RegisterFly Account.
3. Click on Manage Domains
4. Click A Domain Name
5. Click On Change Ownership
6. Click On "Push your names to another user"
7. Click Continue
8. Enter The User ID of The New RegisterFly Account
9. Verify The User ID of The New RegisterFly Account is Correct
10. Click Continue
11. Select Each Domain Name to Push
12. Check the Check Box Marked "Change the Whois/Contact info on the names being pushed"

*** Check This Box Only if your Domains are Showing ProtectFly Information on a Whois Database, If it's Showing your Real Information with Working Email Then Continue Without Checking the Check Box ***

13. Login into Your New RegisterFly Account, Your Recently Transferred Domains Should Be All Unlocked.
14. Click Change Whois Information And Get Authorization Code for Each Domain.
15. Begin Transfer to New Registrar.

I just did it for a handful of domains and it was pretty easy :thumbsup :thumbsup

Can you find the auth codes? Click manage domains, click domain contact information, click configure, and lock at the bottom. If there is any auth code there, you can easily move them out. If not, join the club! :(

This method isnt working for me

make sure your domains are unlocked,

then when you go to the page to change the whois, scroll to the bottom, and you'll find the auth codes

This worked for me to get the auth codes, i got my domains out. so am one of the lucky ones i guess.
Hope you all will get yours out in time.

Thank you for posting this, just followed your process for tranfering a domain name to GoDaddy. Right now the status as GoDaddy says

'' Accept transfer at current registrar ''

Where can I do this at Registerfly admin?

Thank you,
:)

You can't do it from the Registerfly admin. Sometimes Registerfly will send an email with instructions after a few days, sometimes not.

However, the transfer will proceed automatically about 5 days after Godaddy initiates the transfer (5 days after you enter the authorization codes at Godaddy)

I've moved hundreds of domains from Registerfly over to Godaddy, as long as you've got the auth codes you'll be okay.
