First I fucking hate going there. We usually go right across the street to Odyssey Video (Lankershim and Riverside) It's got a bigger selection of new releases and older films as well as a nice indie collection and also a huge porn section. It's an all around good store. They have BIGGER SELECTION, but they don't have a lot of those films. They usually put movies out 4 days before the street date. The only down side is they only put up a handful of the new releases. Since I really don't have a job, I can usually get over there in time to get a new release when I want to. This particular time they were out and I really wanted to see the Prestige.

So I had to go across the street to BlockBuster. What a bunch of fucking dickheads that work there, they gotta yell hello at you like they give a shit. They don't. Then they gotta ask you bunch of stupid fucking questions about your movie selection, then they snicker to their dipshit co-workers right in front of you about your selection. I don't go to the fucking video store to make friends and then have those friends laugh at you right to my face.

What a bunch of dicks.

Fuck 'em I guess that's why they work in a fucking chain video store.

It's 2007 - Get Netflix.

This is why I choose to download most movies and tv.

I'll see your indie movie in a theater and buy your indie dvd if its good, however.

I dunno.. It was alright. I'm not sure I understand why the last clone knew not to reveal himself in the prestige. All the other before him came out on stage to reveal that he "transported" himself to the other end of the theatre. But those were just clones. So how did the last one know not to reveal himself to pin the murder on Wolverine?

Maybe I'm over thinking it. And when did American Pyscho become the good guy? It's like he was just as much of an asshole as Wolverine, so why should he get the last laugh? Why should he get to live? I know his twin brother died (which was a tad far fetched) but whatever.

I did go to Ameoba over the weekend and buy a bunch of movies one was "DarkDays" If you haven't seen it.. RENT IT! It's fucking nice. A GREAT documentary. It's the documentary where the guy goes and lives with the homeless in the subway tunnels for a couple of years. Fuckin' amazing.

I used to get upset when they would get my order wrong at the drive through at Wendy's....

but then ....

Finally....

I realized.... They work at wendy's.... they don't care... and you just can't get upset at someone working at Wendy's....

I mean.... They Work at Wendy's..!!

They don't got time to fix your shit, nor do they care if you ever come back. LOL. They got tons of people coming thru there daily.. no hourly. So what if your shit's wrong. Who cares? just you. Either eat it or leave.

That, and last time I checked, the Netflix flix were "unrated" versions compared to the Blockbuster censored ones.... Damnit, if I want brutality from a movie, I better well get it. :)
