Legal issues with amateur videos?
 

Hi Guys,

Have any of you heard of legal problems when having amateur videos without permission. Eg. putting your logo on the video? Are there any known legal cases?

No, no licensing. I'm thinking of stuff like amateur webcam-videocaps "stolen" homevideos, etc.

Do you need 2257 if you're outside US? I'm in Sweden and the server is also in Sweden. I presume don't have to have 2257 because I have US visitors?

What is the swedish law about making porn? Do you have to prove the models on your sites are old enough? Or can you run KP and they don't say anything?

How would you prove age? Underage attention whores don't exactly stop and think "hey someone could goto jail for this, better wait until I'm 18" before circulating their vids/pics.

Well, obviously I wouldn't post material where I was in doubt of the age.
The question I'm asking is if you guys know of any legal precedence where webcam-videos, home-videos, etc. was in question. I'm thinking of sites like youramateurporn.com xxxmsncam.com et. al who use this kind of material and also put their logo on the material.

Do you know of any legal troubles with doing this?

I have never in my life downloaded anything that I did not have the right to legally download... It amazes me that you people try to justify what you do by making coments like that :disgust
