Adding 100+ people to ICQ list

Hi,

Is there a quicker way rather than one by one of adding 100 people to my ICQ list?

With trillian you can just copy thew old contacts folder and paste it to the new..

I just have a list of 100 ICQ numbers in a notepad file.
