nothing , i use one of those non stick pans

You don't mix it with anything? I usually put a half shell of water or oil in it, before I beat it. Makes them fluffy.

nah never did that , i use a whisk to make em fluffy

I use milk, butter, salt and pepper!

I like them cooked firm too!

a bit of butter makes them golden and yummy ..as long as you don't burn the butter then ruined

Don't use Teflon pans, they're rather bad for your health! A nice seasoned cast iron pan is best, and it makes food taste better anyways.
