Epassporte late again on next day turnover

epassporte next day switchover late again, it seems to not be automated nowadays, usually next day was always 6pm eastern, sharp. Now it is 7:20 and next day has not kicked in yet, anyone else notice this?

Maybe because of the changed US DST ?
