gotwebhost.com would be your best bet - but I personally dont think that unique IPs play a significant role in SEO work.

zagi 03-21-2007 01:48 PM

From the literature that I read, unique IPs are only important for cross linked sites that share the same content, so if you're build a farm of zombie/spam pages or something similar and trying to gain intrinsic PR from each page, then yeah you'd need unique IPs but that wont get you anywhere above a PR4/5.

Overall a SEO strategy should focus much more heavily on site layout, content and a number of other factors, from the customers that we provided dedicated IPs to for SEO purposes I can't recall one to mind that significantly changed his position from that change alone.

The primary danger with shared IP's is who are you sharing them with? Dedicated is the way to go with SEO. For example, on our virtual plans we give everyone their own dedicated IP, and they can use the common server IP . . . but we don't recommend using it.

Ahahaha I'm sure some host is going to give you a /20 so you can spam the search engines. I'd like to see the IP justification form you'll be sending in to ARIN.

Not exactly accurate . . any cross-linking across sites should be done with caution, whether they are sharing IP's or Class C's.

I could be wrong, but I doubt he wants the entire C to himself.
