    Do I drink too much??

    Fuck this is 5th day Im drunk (and on other shit..)
    This morning I woke up and was shaking.. fuuuuck... I dont really know why, but my brain and body can't fight it..

    What shall I do??? This is not good, and I admit and know it!!! Never experienced this before.. yeah sometimes hangovers, but this is bad?? wtf is happening???

                              If it starts to cause problems then it is time to quit. I am basically a weekend binge drinker myself. Never really had a serious problem with it until the last 3 or 4 months.

                              Nowadays I get so drunk and then I get angry, start attacking friends, insulting people and blacking out, then I have to deal with the consequences afterwards. Apparently I told my best friend I was going to cut his head off with one of my swords just last weekend. Now I am depressed for days after drinking. If I was able to quit once I started I would be OK, but once I start I don't quit until all the booze that is available to me is gone or until I pass out.

                              Time to hang up the bottle for a while. I am through.

                                                              The 80s and a good chunk of the 90s are largely a fog to me. Apparently I had a helluva good time, but it takes a group of pals and their anecdotes to remind me of it.

                                                              I still binge occasionally, but not to the extent of the old daze.
