Minor NATS bug that needs to get fixed...

OK...here one for every sponsor that uses NATS and wants to verify by email your account changes:

Say I want to change my payment method to epass. There is a nats bug that will allows me to change my payment method but not enter the information becasue it sends an email confirmation each time before it allows you to the next screen to enter the information.

So basicly...webmasters switch to epass but are never given the chance to enter the epass account and you can't get paid.

Can I get some help here?

yes this problem is very annoying and has been going on
for very long time now :(

Nichedsites, Nichepay, Mr Skincash and Meatcash are all affected by this.

The modify info form sends a request email on every submit. So you must confirm each submit you make. So once you select to be paid by epass, hit submit - you will get your 1st confirm email. From here you go in, and enter your epass information, and then your 2nd confirm email will come.

It isn't the smoothest system - but it does mean that if your account was ever breached they can't see your payable/epass data without confirmation that they are the account owners.

Oh, and one more thing... The reason nats affiliate program owners/users didn't see this is because the admin accounts don't send out confirmation emails on webmaster account changes. So it's just a simple smooth process to us.

yah I was wondering that, b/c form me dropping into an account still carries the admin rights, guess I need to make a dummy account and try this, but I'll get with NATS about this see what we can do to make things smoother for changing epass info. :thumbsup

On it Jay, btw, did u need to change ur epass?

The link to change your Epassporte name is on the edit page. It is at the top. It is in some other text so you pass right over it. There is no emphasis that says:

*** To change your Epassporte account click here! ***

It does say: "Use the following form to Edit your Account Details. To modify your payment information for your current payment type, click here."

But the way the text is placed you basically think it is just some bullshit.
