Looking for a webmaster.

I need a hard working webmaster with the following skills:

Make make TGP websites using AutoGallery MySQL and AutoGallery Pro, make one page TGPs using java script to create random links so as to appear that the TGP is updated daily. create fast loading circle jerk sites. Create "sex mall" sites using mallcom or other cobranded programs ( very easy to do ).

Also must know how to use FTP to upload files. Be able to edit pre made cgi scripts with the system path and /or my sql information as needed. Upload and change permissions for scripts.

Must be able to use graphics programs to create fast simple logos for the websites he/she will be creating.

Must understand how traffic trading works and be able to setup trading scripts that work with the TGPs. Will be entering and setting up trades for all the tgps he/she will be making. Must be able to work a site up to about 1000-2000 a day with out to much trouble. For those that know how to trade this is very easy.

Most important for this position is the willingness to work LONG FULL TIME hours for crap shit pay.

I am offering $225 a week. I except at least 10 TGPs a week to be created. I myself can make 10 in one day no problem. TGPs that use AutoGallery will need filler galleries added. I also expect those TGPs to be setup with trades and watch the trades every once in awhile untill the site is stable at 1000-2000 visitors a day, then you no longer have to watch the site. Other sites like "sex products" ect, you just create, upload scripts, files ect, make sure it works and then nothing else. I also expect other sites to be created as time allows. And email progress reports.

As I said the pay is $225 a week. This is paid "under the table" meaning NO TAXES for you. I can pay via PayPal every week. I am a PayPal Verified International Business Memeber. I can also mail a check to you every week if you do not have access to PayPal.

You can also place your own sponsor banners on all the TGP sites you create. You can keep your own banners on all the sites while you are building traffic and working the trades.

I will increase the weekly pay after 3 weeks if it works out to $250 a week, and after that... well we'll see.

Do checks and PayPal qualify as "under the table"? I wouldn't take it, how do I know you wouldn't turn around and claim it? "Under the table" is cold hard cash... yummy!

Anyone with that knowledge should be making way more than that a week.

Its true the pay sucks, but it looks like a 2 day job every week to me. You can whip up logo's fast and do the installs pretty quick since basically you are reusing whats already been created.

If you're someone that needs a whole week to do it though, its obviously not worth your time.

Why wouldn't he just install it once, point a bunch of domain names to it, and serve the logo's, text, sponsors and colors, etc. based on the domain name calling it dynamically ?

I bet my ass he won't register autogallery for each site.

Under the table paypal doesn't work.. if id get pay buy paypal i had to pay tax for it as usual and then in the end this would have given me $2-2,5/hour .. damn good.. don't know if you can earn this low even in sweden.. ;)

But on a serious tip...... $1000 a month is a lot of money for foreign webmasters. In India or the Philippines, the money is large enough that the webmaster can hire assistants to 1) help him fulfill his contract obligations 2) post TGPs, AVS, freesites for his OWN profit.

For an American/Canadian/European webmaster, $1K a month is too low for all the work you require....unless the person is running a super tight operation where everything is fully automated.

You keep posting this and each time it makes the same amount of sense as the last time i.e. none at all. It matters little what country you are from there are affiliate programs that will accept you if you look hard enough. So somebody from ANY country doing this amount of work would earn far more doing it for themselves. If doesn't matter if $200 is a fortune if their country why would they want to work for it when they could do the same for themselves and earn far more?

Apparently, you misread my post as to mean that the foreign webmaster should just use this job as their sole source of income. That was not what I was arguing. My point is that this is great supplemental income while the webmaster builds his own income streams from sponsor programs that pay them directly.

Moreover, you neglected to analyze the cost efficiency of hiring a helper [due to the large exchange rate] to maximize income.

I agree with you that someone from any country would earn far more working for themselves. But they also earn even more working for themselves AND taking on jobs like these. If anything, the extra jobs SUBSIDIZE expanding their business.

let's say the guy does find someone, and he's even going to pay.

let's say he wants 10 sites per week, how many sites can this guy want? I'd say that 100 is about it, don't think he can even afford more (domain names, space constraints, etc) so, after 10 weeks, say goodbye to your job. Not so pleasant.

How does your dealer claim his income from you?
