Yes, I did contact them first, but no one of the 3 contacts are replying to me...

Stats stopped updating over 2 days ago, I still get the sales e-mails but no stats... :helpme

It wasn't just the stats that stopped updating. All of my, and I'm assuming other people's, referral URLs died mid day on the 17th for about 12 hours. alchemist, if you get a reply from them regarding stats updating, can you post the info here?

We have been having issues with Nats. The stats table becomes corrupt for no apparent reason. We have been working with NATS on this non stop. Because it is fixed within a very short period of time and NO sales are lost, we did not let affiliates know, as the stats would be back to normal within a few hours.

At present, there are still things to be done and unfortunately the stats that were lost for that day are unable to be retrieved. The SALES however, ARE counted and NOT lost. We expect that by tomorrow, sales will reflect what was lost during that time.

I DO wish I could elaborate on this, but NATS is a very closed program and we depend on them 100% to fix their problems, so there is not much else we can do.

This has pushed us to decide to write our own software and look for other solutions in the meantime. We harbor no negative feelings or thoughts towards NATS, yet we do believe it is time to move on to something we can fix and develop on our own, so we are not dependent on 3rd parties for issues such as this.

If anyone has any questions, comments or the like, please hit me up.
