no shit. truely amazing. To each his own, but the annoying part is when they get hired they blow each other, that they are best, and when they part ways months later it is always a benefical parting for both of them, they blow each other some more and they both move on to bigger and better things. It's the bull shit that comes along with it that gets old. So much for " it didn't work out" " they were down sizing " " company a offered me more money" etc....

Not every employee / employer combination is a winning formula. Some people jump on board a company thinking this will be an amazing experience and it turns out not to be. Some companies hire people thinking this person is just what we need...and it turns out not to be the right person for the job. This doesn't mean that the individual being hired or the company doing the hiring are bad people - it just means that there was a compatibility issue of some kind. When the right company and the right people get together - it's a magical combination but if there is one person that just doesn't fit in - it can really hold the company back.

Yep, in companies with few employees one person can really make or brake things. Can be simple things like personalty differences or a clash of ideas. But it doesn't allows mean the person or company are bad.
