why would you use frames?

you know IE blocks cookies in frames so chances are you would never get credited for a sale from an IE7 user?

typically they don't, if they do they're probably already savvy enough to know how to get everything for free.

using IE7 on the other hand would mean you'd lose out on 20-25% of sales from being untrackable
