Seeking help from an EXPERT: Are you promoting EverestCash with payment by CCBill?

A few months ago- when EverestCash switched to combining all their sites in one membership- I noticed that my EverestCash clicks disappeared from my CCBill stats. CCBill shows NO CLICKS for them, no nothin'...

EverestCash has internal stats in addition to CCBill stats. The internal stats show many thousands of clicks (and the CTR page shows hundreds of join clicks). CCBill still shows ZERO.

I brought this issue up with the EverestCash dude but got the run around. He told me that I was not signed up for CCBill-direct payments (although I was getting paid by CCBill fine before), so I signed up for a new EverestCash account and chose payments by CCBill in the sign-up process. I am still having the same problem.

It looks to me like their site code is not passing my CCBill referer at any point on the way to the CCBill join page. In particular, if I click through my link to the CCBill join page, there should be a hidden INPUT field with name ccbill_referer, right? And that field should have my CCBill ID in it, shouldn't it? It doesn't.

I've also looked at all the links and hidden input fields on the click-path to the CCBill join page, and I can't find my CCBill ID anywhere.

I usually get good ratios for teen traffic for sponsors like this, around 1:400 on uniques or better. But I haven't had a single join with these guys since they changed their pages late last year.

I really like this program's material but I want to make sure I am getting paid for my promotion of it.

If you're promoting EverestCash with CCBill payments, can you check and see if you are getting credit or not???

BUMP for me 'cuz no one cares (at least in the middle of the night)!

I prefixed all my links with the CCBill redirect code:

http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clic...=XXXXXXX&HTML=

and now hits are being counted in CCBill and the hidden ccbill_referer field appears as it should.

But that is just a kludge. It appears that anyone who is using EverestCash links under the paid-by-CCBill program is not getting paid anything by CCBill.

Strange...

I signed up with payment from them and I get my clicks counted and my payouts on time.

If you get payouts directly from them, this is probably not an issue then. It may only be with payouts by CCBill.

Hi Ray!
I just sent you an icq

Thanks a lot for this thread.
The problem is fixed now.
Don't worry, the problem was only with counting hits,
all sales were counted correctly.

It's not recommended to use direct CCbill links because
you won't be able to see detailed statistics in our admin area & sometimes when CCbill experiences problems we switch to other billing (paycom) and if you use only CCbill links, sales made via paycom will be lost and you won't be credited for them.
