Investor/Partner Wanted
 

Hi, I'm seeking an Investor/Partner in 2 projects I'm currently working on.
Without going into to much detail in this post I'm a web designer that worked for a company that sells adult turnkey sites. After seeing countless newbies and myself ripped off by this company, example I designed a budget turnkey site was paid a whopping $300.00 the company charged the client $5,000. for an empty site with feeds that they make a percentage of the total sales, ok this is the current adult turnkey solution. So to make a long story short, I need a small loan, investor, partner whatever to help me complete this venture, I have collateroll, a pr4 domain that brings in a large amount of webmaster traffic, content reseller license to over 300 movies, 25 full DVDs, toons, stories, over 20,000 pics and over 100 high quality designs and hundreds of kick ass domain names. I'm ready to deliver a true affordable turkney solution.

I know I probably should stay solo, because it's a small amount of money I need, it's just diffcult when my sole source of income is all being used to get this off the ground. Causes many conflicts with the wife.

Maybe a bank loan would be a better idea if it is a small amount of money?

What do you need funds for...? Sound like you have everything you need from your post... You are not planning on dumping bunch of money in marketing are you? That would be unwise... Word of mouth is all you need!
