where are the best places to go for a drink in New York City? Any suggestions?

gaslight is cool 14 & 9th meat packing district lot of coll places around there as well

union square right on, and , of course, Lotus New York.

Depends on what kind of bar your looking for, You have the Red Rock West on 10th and 17th where all the girls dance on the bar, next door you have 2 High End Celebrity bars (park and something else), or 7A or 7b in the East Village that are great dive style bars. Or if your more into the irish pubs there are a ton uptown.

I like One on Little West 12th Street and also Pre:Post

My fav. place for pre theatre dinner. A hangout for Broadway "hoofers"'

Oh and the buffet at the Marriot is FABOOO w/ a GREAT view of The City.

it depends what you're looking for.. you should really go at the Benihana ) restaurant where they cook in front of you!

Plus just walking around Ludlow you'll find tons of bars.

but than you smell like benihana rest of the night....its the only downside

it all depends on what time of the year and what night you are going out as well as what scene do you want....NYC has 1000s of places to go to....

just go down to christopher street in east village, your sure to have fun on that stree! lol
