average epass response time?
 

how long does it usually take you guys to get a response to mail you send epassporte through the mail system? or do you use a seperate email address or icq or something to get questions answered?

I think i sent an email a couple months ago, still no reply

I can no longer load my epass with my credit card, get an error message when I try, I emailed them over 3 weeks ago about it, still no reply

3 weeks and no response.
card didn't arrive and the old one expired, needed to re-route sponsorpayments allready since i cant take money out there.

better to contact via phone

1/2 hour on hold is not cheap phoning from Europe.

i tried the phone.... waited an hour... and suddenly the call got disconnected (pretty damn expensive calling from israel...)
the best way is to talk to Michael or Shaliza :thumbsup

My average waiting time on 3 tickets i have is "still open", as in, never answered. Seems i'm not alone. Thought it's just because i don't move alot of money through them.
