how long does it usually take you guys to get a response to mail you send epassporte through the mail system? or do you use a seperate email address or icq or something to get questions answered?

I think i sent an email a couple months ago, still no reply -
I can no longer load my epass with my credit card, get an error message when I try, I emailed them over 3 weeks ago about it, still no reply
