I think I have Insomnia.

I never have imsomnia. On the contrary, i can sleep all days and nights. I think this is also some kind of desease.

That sucks, my only advice is try not to think when you're in bed. Let sleep come naturally. Read. That usually works for me.

ambien does nothing for me. :( good luck though!

also had an insomnia before...what i do is to drink one bottle of beer before i go to sleep..

hate it when im having insomia....what i do is take a long bath and a sleeping pill if i need to get a rest
