Some of you US webmasters may not have heard of www.tenerife.com - the largest of the Canary Islands, not far from the northern coast of Africa.

The Islands belong to Spain, and are easy to get to from Europe, less so from USA but there is talk of a direct route opening up betwwen here and Miami.

I have relatives who live there... I would probably have made the move a few years ago, but the weather is too warm for me. When I finally move away from the UK, it will have to be somewhere with a cool climate.

Yeah the canary islands definitely has it's strong points.

I was there a few years ago, but might come back later this year. Perhaps we could talk some biz then!? :) Would be awsome with a tour! :)

I lived in Lanzarote for 2 years, with is another of the Canary Islands. It's a great place. People is nice and food is great. But it's too damn hot in there cause it's really near of the Sahara Desert.

I guess I prefer a coolest place to live at.

i was there 2 years ago for a week, really a impressive island
i also loved the cold beer everywhere available and the great steaks and related meals.
had there my first bunny (as a meal !! not for sex )
cigarets costing 4 euros in europe were available for 1,4 euros
...

I'm also thinking about living there and maybe expand business. It will be Tenerife or Ibiza.
