Ever write back a customer personally on a chargeback issue?
 

I am so close. I spend way to much time on good service for this shit. The bitch was bad news from the start, if an update was 12 hours late I would get an email, but since he was recurring I would reply politely.

I know his email from heart. Working with a .0 CB ratio this year I got so pissed at this person getting 3 cleared! I know his name, address, and email and know I shouldn't but I want to. This person just stole $75 from me and fucked up my ratio.

I have it in my T&C for membership that chargebacks will result in prosecution as theft of services

you can fight a chargeback, if it bothers you that much, grab the access logs and start callign

deliver dildos with thier name on the package to the neighbor's house!!!!

The customer is always right. It isn't worth your time.
