Bangbros Site Leaks
Hi Everyone,
pls let me know if this one is discussed before but I've searched posts recent than 1 year can't find anything on that. Here is the steps to find the leak: take your linking code and go bangbros.com/t1/pps=abcdef/ then click the login link. (bangbros.com/t1/pps=abcdef/enter.htm that's most probaly how the users usually poke around the links. then click the Login link (members.bangbrosnetwork.com), everything seems fine right? click cancel, it'll send you another page where it has 8 nice pictures with linkig code: bangbrosnetwork.com/t1/pps=bb401/ :1orglaugh do you think this is fair??? |
from bangbrosonline.com ... "we pay on all signups including trials" I would think that would include exit traffic.
|
no its not fair, but it is very common , i pointed out the very same mistake to a sponsor the other day..
fortunately they were on the ball and fixed it.. |

and one another thing... cookie never works with any bangbros site, like it works with any other sponsor. if the sale doesn't happen right after the link is pressed, you lose the sale. because their dislaimer page for type-ins has linking code itself |
bump for the day

As far as teh original post is concerned, a lot of sponsors use to say they couldn't do anything with the 401 error and redirect surfers would get when they tested the members link. So the affiliates code would get lost in the shuffle. That lame excuse worked to soothe most affiliates.
But now, these same companies are using forms for logging into the members area, which also have links at the bottom saying something to the effect of "Don't have a membership?" or "join here" or some other shit without the affiliate ref code. I haven't heard any reasonable answers from many companies about these issues, which is why I was curious as to the program Smokey was talking about. There was a thread here last year some time about the dirty practices of affiliate programs, it's a pretty good read. |

And you guys wonder how people can pay out up to $40 for a trial membership? You are going to find things like this with a lot of PPS companies. Big deal. That's the nature of the business. Promote them or don't. |

Doesn't hurt to talk about it anyway. If a company sees these discussions and decides to play straight up, good on them. If a company wants to pay $10 or $450 per signup and play games on the tours, it deserves to be discussed. At the end of the day, it still boils down to money made, no matter what the leaks may be. |

Too many companies taking a dump on affiliates. |
email pipecrew and let him know
|
Fris, check this thread:
http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showthread.php?t=715631 The reality is that almost every program has issues with this. Affiliate code tracking is lost in all sorts of different ways, and it is truly annoying. |
I think nearly every program does this, can you show me one that doesnt?
