bradM, I am going to be a former fatass just like you
the last couple of weeks I have finally decided to do some real damn exercise...I was only doing part of the job by changing my diet and giving up all red meat.The feeling of exercising in the gym is like a full on natural high! Sure the pain kicks in after a while but your mind starts blocking it out and it gives me a feeling that no drug has ever given me before...and before you ask yes, I still am smoke free:pimp

hey guys..ive been doing a southbeach diet..with the occassional beer/hard liquor binge..think i lost like 10-12lbs so far in 3 weeks....i recommend running like 3-4 miles a day...4-5 days a week...also....check out vasopro...or pseudo ephedrine...and caffeine supplements. u can buy the former two online and the third one at most vitamin shops. it forms the eca stack...if u guys need some help lemme know...
