Should I bother with deleting files on an old dedicated server if I switch hosts?

Or the next guy who happens to come along and use it. There's nothing stopping someone recovering previously deleted files.

I don't know of a host that doesn't wipe and reinstall the OS on a drive before turning it over to a new customer
