I have been to Brat. many times, great city - growing, getting more high tech, etc, etc.
Still alot of older / somewhat run down building, etc but after so many yrs of communist rule - it takes time to get up to speed.

There are 8 big malls, 4 of them opened 24/7.
There are many restaurants & bars in the city centre.
