google going head to head with US govt?

Looks like google is aiming to fight the new laws that US govt is trying to push about being able to get log files of search requests. They are planing to set their system up so it deletes the user info after 15 mins.

Should start to get interresting. Big props for google for sticking it to the man.

what stopts the .gov to think of a creative way of getting those without breaking his own laws ?

.. in reality nothing

... maybe they be doing that already .. .. who knows!

Google always been stand up about this. Maybe they should start saving certain searches for example: childporn related ones.
