by when should i book the hotel and gewt the tickets

or is it better to take a plane?

I know a group from Gamma will be coming down from up there. I know some people are at taking the train. Book your room early. Make sure you pre-registration is $50 cheaper than on site so make sure to get in on the Pre reg.
