§2257 Model release download, where?
 

who can help me out with a sample §2257 model release, I need a 100% regular english version!
Some of the US people can not accept german language version. It is crazy but true!!!
I have a german company, with all kind of stuff, like VAT ID and..., but the US goverment will not accept model releases in other languages like english.
When I buy maybe some dildos in China and they send me a legal invoice, nobody ask me in germany for a german language user manual, or invoice???!!!
