but hey, if there isn't a system in place for them to reply to your queries then these people aren't running a very good business. i wouldn't do business with someone like that - never chase an ignorant person and give them money.

how about sending a message saying that you were going to purchase $2k, $5k, $10k, whatever worth of content, but couldn't get a reply - and so went to their competitor.

5 days for an email? fuck that.
even in busy times it doesn't take 2 minutes to set up an auto responder with "we are very busy but will get back to you within 7 days"

I would go elsewhere for the content but there are not many that provide exactly what I was looking for and these guyz did. I contacted them b4 Internext so expected a reply.

i was expecting to spend about $4k with both, ah well.
