Looks like a Morgan Aero 8 (new car) - this is probably a reincarnation of the 1937 version or at least uses some elements of that car :)

I had a friend years ago whose Dad was the racing commissioner in MD. I'm sure he made a lot of under the table money. He had one of the cars, which of course I can't remember the name of now, but it was long like that and very ornate. It was a new model but looked old. Started with an "L" maybe?
