Affiliate Manager looking for job

I've been into online marketing for over 7 years and 3 of them in the biz.

I have a portfolio of online projects and things to show off. Been an Affiliate Manager for a year and developed a program from 0, but am looking for a change.

I'm hoping for a remote job with base + comission.

Am situated in Europe, but work up to 12 hours a day, so I can take care of both European and US Affiliates.

I have extensive experience in growing an Affiliate program from scratch.

Basic design skills and video editing (also have a portfolio of those, but mostly non-adult).

Lots of other skills and experiences, but we can talk about that over ICQ or e-mail.

I might consider other positions besides Affiliate Management, hit me up at 488 634 689 or [email protected], I'll drop you my resume.

I'm not sure, I use this nick only in mainstream and for my own personal projects.

I'm not going to go into details here, hit me up or e-mail me for specific info.

And thanks for the warm welcome guys!

I am wondering why any sane person would want to be an affiliate manager or any employee for that matter...

I am pretty sure that if I was one for a year I would have gleaned enough knowledge (from poking my head where it doesn't belong no doubt) to begin making my own shit and get paid 4 times what I was making while working for "The Man."

But that is just how I see it... I make more than doctors and have a high school diploma... I make 2 to 4 times more each year than the previous year and I have changed hats about 1,2,3,4,5,6 times with some minor updates here and there...

I just don't understand people without ambition I guess...

Well... without people like you, I'd have no one to do my bidding.. carry on...

I understand your point and totally agree with it. Although there are people (like me) that are more comfortable with working for someone and not having to worry about too much. At this stage of life I don't want to start my own business. Not yet.

That's great that you can do all the stuff you do without an employee, but just because you can doesn't mean everyone can. Before I pawned off a few of my sites I had way too much work to do so I hired an employee to help take some of the workload off of me. Worked great! Some of us shoot our own content, edit our own photos and videos, and design our own sites. It's easy to get behind sometimes and an employee can definitely help.

I've even thought about hiring an affiliate manager since doing everything else myself can be just too time consuming.

Are you still thinking of hiring an affiliate manager?

How old are you?

baddog 03-15-2007 08:45 PM

I get asked for affiliate managers several times a week. If you can't even say where you have worked before there is no way I can/will send anyone to this thread.

Hit me up on ICQ and I'll give you all the details you need. And I've been working for a Cam program. Won't go into detail here.

well not really .. your 'resume' is probably bullcrap . . cause really ...

Not everyone wants to run their own program. And you thinking less of him for wanting to work with a already existing reputable company to gain experience and knowledge is in poor taste.

He clocks in, clocks out, and has the perks without all of the headaches.
