Any Florida (Orlando) Webmasters?

I'm flying down to Orlando Friday for a few days with the lady. Going to visit one of the Disney parks and definitely hit up the beach...But, what are some good places, restaurants or attractions should I visit?

Been to Orlando & Florida quite a few times but I'm looking for something fun besides Disney and the beach.

pick up one of the tourist guides while you're here...they're pretty on the money with the best places to eat

me personally like the same ones that are everywhere (eg. Carrabba's, Outback, Chili's)

orlando is a bit far from the beaches, if you are gonna go to disney stay somewhere inside for easy access, that is where the good hotels are anyway.

There is the http://www.gaylordhotels.com/gaylordpalms/ in Orlando, it's different.

You can also visit the cape and do the NASA tour if you haven't done that.

Yeah, I was thinking of heading over to Cocoa Beach area. Ive got family who gets a condo down here for 2 months a year and we go to Orlando when we go down. It's about a 40-50 min drive depending on traffic.

If you like shows, there's a Medieval Times and there's also a Sleuths which is a pretty cool murder mystery that involves everyone. Just drive along International Drive and you'll spot plenty of things you might want to do.

In the area also, check out Downtown Disney and Universal Studios City Walk for some fun things happening at night and cool shops.
