here is the scoop. I have had a lot of interest in InsomniacCash.com at $30,000 but just couldn't seem to push anyone over the edge. I talked to a buddy of mine whom I owe money to for my Mercedez and he said if I didn't sell the network, he would take my network as trade, free and clear for the car.

The problem is, I need to get my GF an engagement ring too!

My network is worth $30,000 easily. I've let it sit for over 6 months without doing a thing and its still making me money. Even when I was working on it the only thing I did was use Chameleon Submitter and some manual updates.

At $22,500 for the network, all the sites, a box full of raw content (DVD's, CDR's and Video Tapes) 480 affiliates etc, letting the network sit as it is for a year with a gallery submission or two a week and you would break even.

If you take the network of sites and merge them with your own already well established network, well, you stand to double or triple the cost of the network easily.

This network is still VERY fresh. If you remember I started it on a whim with no real knowledge of the business, learning as I went. About 4 or 5 months into it, I got very busy with other things and I just couldn't keep up with the network any longer so I've stopped working on it. If you have your own TGP's online, your own established network with affiliates etc, buying this network is a STEAL!

Below are the screenshots of everything. Traffic from each site, sales for the network since I started it, etc. Remember, my network as a whole is less than a year old. I started TightFetish.com back in 2004 and due to its age it is very high in the Search Engines and is my biggest seller, along with 160 photosets on the site and some videos.

What you have here is a network begging to be taken on by someone who knows the business. Add your members area upsells, script out the members areas to auto update (I never knew how to do this stuff) and watch your revenue double, triple and so on.

Its a win win.

If I dont get a firm buyer in 24 hours, I'm trading the network for what I owe on my car and getting out of the business. I have a family to think about now and its not just me.

I feel like everyone wants the sites but nobody actually has the money to pay for them. Everyone wants to talk me down down down and I'm just not giving this network away.

I dont care what the revenue is right now, everyone on these forum sincluding myself knows that these sites would easily sky rocket in sales with someone promoting them and working on the network on a regular basis. I just can't do this stuff.

You want me to spend a month on submissions and get the sales up to $600+ a week then buy the network for 52 times that, fine. I'll talk to my GF about letting me do it. You'll just pay much more money up front.

My girlfriend just had a baby actually, and she never even thought about telling me to quit what I do. Why? Because I provide for her, and my son.

Pregnant women do get crazy most or all of the time they are pregnant (atleast mine was) so maybe you should just try and talk to her instead of just selling something that you seem so sure will make you a fortune.

The key here is you have to make her believe that what you do is just business, and she is the most important person in the world to you.

The fact is this network isn't how I make my living. It's always just been a little hobby.

I am an MMA fight promoter and I have a major dot com gearing up for venture capital presentations. If I were just an adult webmaster and its how I lived, it wouldn't be as big of a problem.

I appreciate the support many of you are giving me with this. I think most of you know I've always been a stand up guy in this business and never screwed over anyone.

We're really excited about merging our existing sites into the network. I've been putting a lot of time and energy into my offline venture (deli) and now that that's taken off I can get back to spending time doing what I know best.

I was going to say the same thing, but I didn't want to sound like an ass. We just opened our program and our 1st check is 4 times the amount this guy was getting each week and we only have a handful of affiliates sending traffic. I can make those sales laying in the bed farting in silk shorts
