NSCash the victim of a ridiculous amount of content theft (LINK)

The thieving asshole strikes again. :(

hungarianhoneys.bulletinboardforum dot com (Sorry I am not allowed to post links yet according to the forum rules).

The entrance link takes you to what appears to be this guy's privately owned paysite (most likely filled with stolen content as well). Can you believe the amount of pictures this guy is using in that gallery? :1orglaugh

Agent 488 03-12-2007 02:02 PM

search for "bulletinboardforum" - guy has been scamming for ages.

scottybuzz 03-12-2007 02:04 PM

alot of teendreams content there too on the same page, but it may not be exlusive.

SirMoby 03-12-2007 02:24 PM

Thanks Walrus. I appreciate the heads up.

The dick head has a lot of stolen content on there but since he rarely grabs the exclusive stuff it's hard to shut him down. You should see the amount of Met Art that this guy has on his site. I'd like to know if his sponsors keep paying him for using stolen content.

His hosting company ignores all emails but I'm open for ideas.

SiMpLe 03-12-2007 02:25 PM

This tool is relentless - I've term'd 3 of his seperate nscash pid's in the past for this shit.

Dirty F 03-12-2007 02:25 PM

Id hire a hacker and shut him down. Seriously...

The Walrus 03-12-2007 02:32 PM

Not a problem. I just can not believe that people that promote in these ways can actually grab a sale or two from these types of advertising tactics.

Guys this is an easy one - I see at least three of my customers posting in this thread. Get me some info tomorrow and I'll go after him, his host and his upstream providers. If that isn't successful, I will have my lawyer do it. Honestly, he might enjoy suing some people for stealing content and attaching their assets if he can get a % on collected.

:)

Brad

fris 03-12-2007 07:36 PM

nice idea brad, theirs a few other sites that rip content too, but bbf is the worst

brad, you rock man, that is a kickass thing to do

I swear, if more companies teamed up like this against content theft, and pulled their resources and money, a lot could happen

can you imagine if every single top sponsor out there pulled together to fight p2p? add in to the mix every top video company also.....

RawAlex 03-12-2007 07:40 PM

Brad, the trick is this: the content isn't on his servers, his server is "just a BBS", and he can't control the people who post in it. He will point at the image host up here in Canada, and wish you luck.

You need a lawyer in Montreal to really have a good effect on this operation.

Linkster 03-12-2007 07:41 PM

Brad - he's already been sued many times - he's on the run from one state already for the judgements

If you click on "Register" at BulletinBoardForum, it instructs you that if you "are you trying to view the VIP videos (found in the XXX section), be sure to register at the following LINK in addition to filling out the quick account info below."

The link goes to Adult Friend Finder! It includes his referral code: g649337+reg

Does AFF help fund every scammer on the planet?!?

no one can unify in this business.

Brad Mitchell 03-12-2007 07:48 PM

Well... I'll give it the good ole college try. Regardless of where he is hosted, I bet he connects to one or more upstream networks that are based in the US. I'll definitely dig into this a little tomorrow and Wednesday as I find the time, I'm sure there is something that can be done to at least make his life a little more difficult.

Brad thats pretty fucking awsome for you to step up like that - imagevenue.com is the root - Thats who you go after. Lets team up on this and see what our options are. This is simply a case of how things can be exploited and slip through the cracks :disgust

RawAlex 03-12-2007 08:21 PM

Perhaps maybe you guys might want to hit up AVN / Adbrite and ask them to stop paying the image host for traffic?

I think that AFF must be going broke or something, because they seem to have had to fire everyone in their enforcement department. If I was going to build a scam site, I would put AFF down one side, Adbrite ads on the other, and profit from the two most lax companies when it comes to checking sites for legality.

imagevenue is huge, they dont really allow adult content to be hosted on their servers, they are so big they dont really have anyone monitoring it.

Traffic Rank for imagevenue.com: 81

adbrite shows

Pageviews per day : Over 9,600,000
Unique users per day : Over 1,100,000

They don't act even after you send them a DCMA. In my case they wanted me to go through and note each and every photo, even though they were all uploaded by the same person, and it would have been easier for them to delete all he had posted and ban him.

As long as companies allow these "free" companies to have a vehicle for making a profit (ads and Sponsor programs like AFF), they have no financial incentive to comply.

Massive fines and jail time is what they deserve for their theft/conspiracy to commit theft...

although i personally haven't contacted them, i have heard that they wont term his account.

this board is read religiously by aff. this guy has been bagged and tagged and put in their laps several times. there isn't anything for them to go searching for in all honesty. we've handed it to them a bunch of times, right here on good old gfy. GGW had no problem turning this tool off, why do they?

no offense aff, but i am now disappointed in you. i know no one cares, but whatever. guess i'm not one of the cool kids anymore.

Brad Mitchell 03-12-2007 09:57 PM

It's quite possible that due to my drowsiness I'm missing something here... but I think I see a few avenues to persue. Good night everyone and I'll have an update in a couple of days :)

Cheers,

Brad

I'll give you a good suggestion - next time you see a site with AFF on it with your stolen content, DCMA them as well. They are the ones profiting from the infringed copyright, so there you go.

Try it, you might see a very different response.

Very cool of you to do.

Linkster 03-13-2007 04:55 AM

You guys need to go after his actual hosting company to take the board down - instead of trying to go after the storage people

He's already been sued by Paramount Pictures and 20th Century Fox and they won million dollar judgements for his selling pirated DVDs on Ebay - this is not going to be an easy task

Its pretty obvious that his registrar wont do anything as they have been DMCA's many times in the past and never took action - the only weak link in the whole setup is the hosting company

No, they can't find them all, but you definitely have to give them credit for trying.

That's an easy one to get out of though, finding a host that won't can him is easy.

RawAlex 03-13-2007 08:28 AM

The reason to go after AVN and AFF is simple: Remove the money from the game, and people will stop dancing with this guy. The image host is only hosting his stuff because they are making coin off of it. Remove the profit (the potential for their image hosting to make any money at all) and they will turf his ass faster than you can imagine.

MediumPimpin 03-13-2007 08:37 AM

And it never ends, this guy just wont die, just like AFF wont do a damn thing, how fucking sad.

RawAlex 03-13-2007 09:01 AM

Interestingly, though, the public votes with it's posts... the current AFF contest thread sank off of page 1 like a rock,

dready 03-13-2007 09:14 AM

Bump for this.

Brad, way to step up. :)

AFF, shame on you. Does this company have any morals?

seeric 03-13-2007 09:18 AM

lets see what happens. if anyone will have any luck it will be brad. there's something to be said about talking to your peers on a lateral level that i've always found more effective than some nitwit with a couple of form filled legal papers knocking on your door.

Since the whole Zango fiasco, it has been pretty clear that the answer would likely be "no". Apparently morals and making money are mutually exclusive.
