i'm looking preferably for a 'per unique' sponsor that pays more than $0.10. If the sponsor has banners containing the word 'free' it would be even better.

Works like a charm on my site but you have to convert 1:100 to get the 15 cents per click.

some pay even $5 per click. but you gotta convert 1:5 to reach that level hehe :)
