How does HBO's taxi cab confessions get by?
Isn't having someone sign a release/contract while under drugs/drunk a big no no? How have they gotten around it?
I'm sure they do follow ups once they've sobered up a bit.
Absolutely have to have a release .. so it must be either fake or ..they are asked to sign a release at some point .. simple .. we're in webdreams and everyone everywhere that we had to talk to in anyway on camera had to sign a release or they could not legally be on tape.. there are some documentaries that are able to get by with some kind of allowances given due to the "educational" aspect of the footage or it being "news"
It's fake, like most TV.
who cares...great content for the personal spank bank!
at the end of every show they have the people signing releases...
I dont think its fake however they get around, though I havent seen a new show for about 2, maybe 3 years Ive been wrong before, 7 years ago I thought bangbus was real... then I started a little business and found out many things |

Well its not porn and who is to say whether someone is drunk... you have to do a breathalizer before signing any contracts these days? If they were sober enough to tell a legible story for television they just might be sober enough to sign.
