Topbucks ignoring me..
 

Ok topbucks has been ignoring me for the last week and a half, They were suposed to send wire transfer a month ago and that never went through, then they say theyll look into it. and now i email them and never get a response.

I do not recccomend topbucks as a sponsor. Any sponsor that does not offer support to webmasters is brutal and ignores emails.

So Topbucks, just trying to get your attention and I'm still waiting for my money. I think i was in contact with Kristin, my acct#6122.

So get cracking on it and email me and let me know, or overnite my cheque. I'm getting upset now.

Owtch. Man that hurt. I've never had a problem with topbucks, and if I ever do have a problem with any sponsor I phone them if it's serious enough (and $5k is serious enough).


RG --- I say phone them, and get it straight. These issues should only be brought to the board when you know 100% that you aren't getting paid and that you've been screwed. But if you've broken anything, even the slightest rule in their TOS, forget it.

Hello I did not get my wire.
Ok...Looking into it.

Call up the bank on a wire and put a trace on it...In a week or so the bank will call you back if your lucky and tell you what the problem is. Normally the webmaster screws up on wire information.

Now...Mid way through let's assume they still don't know the problem. DO you think they should stop it "which they can't" and issue you another wire or check, ect? ... NO!

We get atleast one e-mail from a webmaster every period. I didnt get my check for last period. I e-mail them back and say I'm looking into it let me know if you get it in 5 days from now. What am I looking into? Real simple...Hey Damon did you send checks out for last period...Real stupid look back..Yes. Ok my "looking" into it is done.

Every period people like us, topbucks, ect always have issues with checks getting lost, a wire that gets sent to the wrong bank, lot's of stupid shit. 99% of the time it corrects itself.

Now this week with the show I know TopBucks was gone and in FL. by Wed. I'm sure Mon and Tues was rather busy from them.

I will however let Kristin know that you have posted here and still need help when she get's online later from the show.
