is there a windows based text editor similar to EMACS?

i still havent found these features on any other editor out there:

for example the cursor is in the middle of the line and you hit the tab button, it indents the line to where its supposed to be.. other editors just put a tab space in there.. and if you do it in the beginning of the line, it keeps on indenting more and more, thats gay..

when you open and close paranthesis, its highlights the area it encloses for a short moment.. and if you miss or add extra parantheses, it shows it in red to indicate a warning..

maybe there is a windows version of emacs that i havent heard of? which exactly works the same way?

dont tell me to install any *nix operating system on my machine, cuz its not gonna happen...

cheers,
Lane

nope.. its just like the others... it doesnt have the 2 things i mentioned..

what happens when you hit tab several times? it keeps on indenting more and more, right?... i dont want that for several reasons.. it should indent it to the right spot.. if its too far, it should indent it back..
