Movie Review: 300
 

Pretty damn good flick, visually exciting and filled with lots of blood. Starts a bit slow and boring with the commentator describing early events in a Spartans life but picks up and stays up from there. If you liked Lord of the Rings this should appeal to you as well. Worth the $6 at the theater.

300 is the shittiest movie I've seen in a long time, unless you're a homo who likes seeing a bunch of guys running around with their shirts off.

I would have to agree, besides the visuals/special effects the movie didn't have much to offer...

Gotta love the "VIP" theater here in costa rica. $7 for a theature with leather reclining seats, and waiters who will serve you food and booze during the flick.

Too much like a comic book for me, they didn't need to tell the story with monsters, hunchbacks, massive elephants, etc. The story was fantastic enough with out embellishment.

Also, notice how many shots were put into the movie just to be included in trailers? That is kind of sad.

But overall, it was good, very entertaining.
