Porn laws in KY? Anyone live in KY?
 

I noticed that the house are pretty much dirt cheap in KY. What are the porn laws in that state? I heard there are A LOT of baptists in that state which is kind of frightening. I'm thinking about getting out of Florida.

It would probably depend on what you would be doing... and where you would be doing it..

I'm in Ky and know of no laws governing legal stuff other than those in existence everywhere else. But if you hung out a shingle then there could be problems.. especially if you were in a small town... The larger cities, all both of em, should be less aware of what you would be doing and not such a problem.. Might contact some attorneys in the state and see what they say..

I just have web sites, so that's no biggie, even in small towns..

Well, same here. Just have a couple of websites and keep low key. I noticed some great houses in Elizabethtown which seems small town but I don't want neighbors getting nosey.

I was just in Georgetown looking around myself.. Went to a strip club in Lexington and was expecting dirt floors and god knows what, but to my surprise it looked like a mini Solid Gold.. Spearmint Rhino just took it over so it can't be that bad over there.

They had one town I would love to live in just for the name, Skullbasher KY. LOL

as for porn laws, with any city, just keep low key and you will be all right

If it's just websites, not a problem.. I have lots, and several folks know about it, including a deputy, state trooper, and an elder at the neighborhood Church of Christ.. He had me design his church site as well.. go figger.. :)

But it wouldn't matter who knew about it.. it's not illegal to have adult websites.. Just might be looked down upon by a select few folks.. but that's true no matter what state you are in..

As far as neighbors getting nosey.. E-Town is kinda spread out, but if you maybe have a mainstream site, just tell em you have online bidness stuff goin on and talk about that one..
