I recently posted a great google adsense video tie in to my site but its done alot differently..

I dont think google lets users have google adsense ads next to fling adult ads.. or AFF for that matter.. you should see how i did it ( look for the thread googlegold )

We should colaberate on something.. not sure if you have seen my site but i offer a quite similar service but users can use any video including any youtube or google video check it out www.wctin.com

also once you advertise aff on your site your basically asking for zango to steal your customers from you.

Howmuch i know there is metacafe which works fine for earning money with videos.
