    What do you use to analyse your customer base?

    Ok, I need some recommendations here. I need to get some kind of coherent analysis tool for a customer database. It will be mostly broken down by region/demographic data and then later on sales/response.

    Anybody got any recommendations for software packages. Always used in house/custom stuff till now.
