Everybody has a price,some have bigger prices,some have small prices,its that simple ! :)

I don't think it makes much difference. If a US guy make such script for say $250 .. And he spend this amount in say 2 days.

He, in Zimbabwe, might be able to spend $30 in 2 days and get everything (food, girl, bear) what US guy gets in $250.

Actually, cost of living is what that matters.
