I need software help

I am looking for software that I can basically record whats going on my desk top and speak over it. Its for a intro to a site.

Look into Captivate from Macromedia

HyperCam records "whats going on on your desktop" and the file can be saved as .avi

adding sound to that shouldn't be a problem, do some Googling - you can most probably do that with VitrualDub
