Looking for an offshore (non US) host
 

Spam me with your offshore (non US) hosting providers. Service and uptime are my number one priority. I am leaving my current US provider because of these issues. I need a dedicated plan with either 10mbps or 20mbps of bandwidth. The rest of the details can be worked out later. If you have any current deals that would be a plus.

Looks like you relocated Chilihost ot Houston?? Do you still have a Panama location?

Houston? Why do you say that? We have nothing in Houston and never have had.

We are migrating the US portion of Chilihost into our Atlanta datacenter, but the offshore portion will stay in the Netherlands where it currently is.
