Where can I buy a Virtual Debit Card online instantly? I tried to generate one via epassporte but it wont let me i guess since i allready have a plastic with them..

I tried google.. maybe couse im away i dont the the correct adwords ads.. i get crappy sites trying to sell you something that can take up to 48hs to be active.. nothing very trustworthy

wirecard's activation sms never got to my cell.. and edelweiss card doesnt have any sign up link
