Sometimes with groupie girls, I'll blow a load in their mouth, and after a few minutes to recuperate I'll don a condom and do them vaginally again. Once they get off again, depending upon the situation, I can continue on and unload into the condom; or, if necessary, I can fake a climax and get them out-the-door back to their dorm/apt/etc so that I can shower and get busy on other stuff, or sleep.
