friend is in LA needs a few guys to help him on a house project anyone knows where he cant find some help like handymen and stuff not looking for companies more like private guys with skills

If I were to build in LA I would hire a guy from out of state. Somebody with a solid work ethic. The best carpenter I ever met was from germany and could build anything cause they were taught to do everything. Then I would got to Home Depot and pick up some day workers to help him.

You have people who are failed actors being carpenters in LA , if you know anything about actors those are the last people you want building your house. the rest of them are scam artists. Thats my 2 cents.

what kind of stuff does he need done? if its somethign like electrical or hvac he needs to get someone licensed for sure, other stuff the guys at home depot can probably handle. it depends on the project.
